Shipping Policy and Information

Since I do not sell any physical items, I do not have a Shipping Policy per se. If you wish to download an electronic item from my site, simply do so.

Tax Policy and Information

Since I do not sell physical items (called "Personal Property" in California), I do not need to collect sales tax on any item you download, or on any Donations you make or Subscriptions you set up.

Information on Returns and on Refund Policy

In general, providers of software and downloadable electronic documents do not allow a buyer to return the item and get a refund. Although I would like to provide for a return for a downloadable item you pay for before downloading it, the fact is that I cannot. It simply isn't a workable solution.

For some items I can make the process easier on you. Some of the items that are available on this site do not require an up-front payment. They can be downloaded and examined before you decide to pay anything for the item. If you like the item, then please come back to that page on the site and click the Donation button to make a donation to express your appreciation. You can also use the Donation button that appears in the sidebar of any page.

Subscriptions continue through the specified term and are automatically renewed. If you wish to modify or cancel a subscription, please use the Subscription Management page to do so. Refunds and cancellation dates are determined by the company providing the subscription (PayPal or Amazon), so you will have to see their policies for specific guides and rules. Login to your account at PayPal.com or Amazon.com to research their terms for your account.
