In this part of the "What Should Be" section of this website, I will be posting numerous articles on the topic of understanding and improving our civilization. Obviously, this is a very large area of issues and ideas. To have a chance of doing it right, I must first complete a number of articles about human desires, choices and actions, in order to provide the coherent foundation that I want to use in dealing with the material in this subsection.
